We are a a Romanian-based defence and energetic materials platform positioned within the European Union and NATO industrial ecosystem.

Our Vision

Our mission is to build a structured industrial bridge between global defence manufacturing capability and the European Union’s strategic ecosystem.

We anchor production in Romania and convert its geopolitical position into operational capacity.

The right entrepreneur can disrupt any industry. The most successful entrepreneurs start with intuition and continuously improve through data. That dedication is what sets them apart.

PRODUCT LINES

We specialize in supplying a broad range of defense equipment and solutions

1. Energetic Materials

Falcon operates in the field of military-grade energetic materials, including RDX, TNT and related high-energy compounds used in large calibre ammunition, warheads and defence systems. The company serves authorised government buyers and European defence manufacturers requiring secure and compliant supply chains.

This business line is built on secured production access through strategic international industrial partnerships. Falcon is positioned to supply contracted volumes for 2026 deliveries, reflecting confirmed capacity rather than speculative projections. The long-term objective is to anchor energetic material production inside Romania and integrate it into the EU defence supply chain.

Products in this segment include military-grade RDX and TNT, critical inputs for artillery shells, warheads, demolition systems and advanced defence applications. Europe faces structural supply pressure in these materials due to limited domestic production capacity. Falcon addresses this gap by combining immediate supply access with a roadmap for local manufacturing redevelopment.

2. Large Calibre Ammunition and 155 mm Systems

Falcon has secured access to production capacity for 155 mm artillery systems and related components, including complete rounds and structural shell bodies. Immediate monthly production availability is supported through its international manufacturing network, with Phase 1 local production planned in Romania.

The company serves authorised EU and NATO-aligned defence buyers. For 2026, Falcon is positioned to contract significant delivery volumes backed by secured production allocation.

The 155 mm platform remains central to European land-based defence capability. Demand has increased significantly while European production scaling remains under pressure. Falcon’s model combines short-term delivery capability with long-term Romanian industrial anchoring.

3. Modular Propellant Charges and Ammunition Components

Falcon also operates in the supply and planned localisation of modular propellant charges used in 155 mm artillery systems and other large calibre platforms. These charges are essential for controlled propulsion performance, range adaptability and system compatibility across NATO-standard artillery systems.

The company’s network includes established manufacturing capacity for modular charge systems and associated energetic components. These products solve a critical operational requirement: reliable, standardised and scalable propellant supply aligned with NATO specifications.

Europe’s increased operational tempo has highlighted supply vulnerabilities in propellant systems and energetic sub-components. Falcon’s approach integrates secured international production access with a roadmap for potential localisation within Romania, strengthening supply chain resilience.

4. Industrial Redevelopment and EU Gateway Platform

Falcon operates as an industrial redevelopment platform in Romania. The company has received foreign direct investment approval for the acquisition and redevelopment of an existing industrial site intended for defence manufacturing.

This platform is designed to support energetic materials production, large calibre ammunition assembly and potentially propellant-related manufacturing lines in subsequent phases.

Beyond manufacturing itself, Falcon positions Romania as a structured gateway for international industrial groups seeking compliant entry into the EU and NATO manufacturing environment. By anchoring production inside Romania under EU regulatory standards, Falcon reduces structural barriers for serious international manufacturers while strengthening Europe’s strategic supply resilience.

CEO & Founder

Morten Reimers

By signing binding contracts for 2026 deliveries, we demonstrate that Falcon is entering Romania with real capacity, not plans. We are contracting now for deliveries next year, and our network can provide 5 000 shells per month today, rising to 30 000 through our international partnerships. Our vision is to secure European supply of 155 mm ammunition and energetic materials, strengthen Romania’s industrial base and contribute to Europe’s strategic autonomy.
