Morten Reimers
With nearly two decades of international business experience, Morten Reimers founded Falcon Defence with a clear vision: to build a modern European defence company capable of supporting allied nations through innovation, industrial development, and international cooperation.
Throughout his career, Morten has successfully developed companies and large-scale projects across defence, manufacturing, logistics, international trade, and strategic investment. His expertise includes defence procurement, industrial partnerships, technology transfer, foreign direct investment, and government relations.
Today, he leads Falcon Defence's international expansion while driving the company's ambitious manufacturing programme in Romania, including the production of NATO-standard 155 mm artillery ammunition and strategic energetic materials such as RDX, TNT, and C4.
In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Morten has been appointed Honorary Consul Designated of the Federative Republic of Brazil in Romania, where he promotes bilateral relations through trade, investment, industry, education, innovation, and cultural cooperation. His diplomatic role further strengthens Falcon Defence's international perspective and commitment to building lasting partnerships between governments and industry.
